Kearabetswe Sehube is a BSc Honours Geography graduate who holds an undergraduate BSc degree in Biology and Geography.
Kearabetswe has a hearing disability but has not let this define her. She lives by the quote ‘My disability is nothing to my ability’ and believes she’s an unstoppable force who can do anything she sets her mind to.
“What I enjoyed most was the flexibility of the programme, the healthy working environment as well as exposure to unique industry insights. The experience provided me with exposure to the physical aspects and ‘real life’ of geography,” said Sehube.
Kearabetswe would advise anyone wanting to join the programme to take everyday as it comes and to not hesitate to ask questions. In her spare time, she enjoys reading as well as reviewing novels and aspires to be a published Geographer one day.
